Guarantee. If for any reason you decide to return the product,
you will pay for the shipping back to GottaHaveBags.Com. The product
must be returned complete and in original packaging, and in
the same condition as shipped to the customer. When the product is received by
GottaHaveBags.Com,
complete as it was shipped out, a credit will be issued (less
the original shipping cost & 15% restocking fee). We will
not accept opened packages, due to the fact we cannot
resale them.
Refunds:
If a
refund is requested, we will issue a credit on the credit card
that you used to purchase the product. All refunds will be issued
after the product is
returned to GottaHaveBags.Com. Products must be returned within
thirty (30) days of purchase date.
Undeliverable
Address;
If we receive a package back that states
that the package was undeliverable due to the address.
We will credit you back the full amount less the
shipping charges you were charged or our shipping cost
if you received free shipping. If you request it to be
reshipped, we will charge you for the shipping cost.
